This towel came from reinventing the Indian Gamchha (origins: ga meaning body and mocha meaning wipe), a traditional towel made with thin coarse cotton yarn. Hime?ya relaunches a modern version of the Gamchha made with dyed yarns, with subtle contrasts and a short terry pile, blending the old and the new. Made with 100% GOTS organic cotton our towels are fast drying, requires less storage space and multipurpose for Bath, Kitchen, Dish Cloth and more.
Machine wash cold with similar colours using a mild Detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Iron at low heat if desired.
